The 11th Annual Running of the Legacy Chase will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2011. The Legacy Chase is a great day for steeplechasing, a great day for enjoying the countryside and a great way to share a unique occasion with friends, associates and family and help benefit GBMC HealthCare.

As Shawan Downs’ signature event, the Legacy Chase, features multiple steeplechase races that award over $75,000 in purse money. In addition to racing, the day features The Meadows, a fantastic family-friendly destination that includes children’s activities, food concessions, live music, vendors and much more.
